近期《金融时报》(Financial Times)发布了最新的全球MBA排名，为大家揭示全球顶尖的100所商学院。

　　本次排名中，欧洲工商管理学院(Insead)的一年制MBA首次登顶榜首。哈佛商学院、伦敦商学院、沃顿商学院、以及斯坦福商学院紧随其后，共同占据了本次榜单的前五位。

　　数据显示，欧洲工商管理学院2012届毕业三年后的薪资为167000美元，几乎比就读MBA前的薪资翻了一番。前五名的其他四所学校的数据也表现出类似的薪资增长。

　　与2015年的榜单相比，有9所学校新加入此项排名。其中人民大学商学院首次入榜即获得第43位的成绩。

　　排名同时显示，就读MBA的女性比例有所增加。2005年，女性比例仅为30%，而到2015年，该比例增加至35%。此外，去年共有27所学校女生比例超过40%，而十年前仅有4所学校。

　　但另一方面，女性教职员的比例却并没有提升。数据同时显示出，随着薪资的增长，男女的薪资鸿沟也变得更加明显。
